What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will begin with brief introductions , establish a therapeutic environment for our interactions, then complete a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan tailored for your specific needs. This will include discussing mental health concerns, medical history, and current symptoms, while ensuring a safe and nonjudgmental environment for open dialogue. We will discuss your goals for treatment and I will provide psychoeducation about your condition and available treatment options, including medication and therapy.
