Hello! I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 9 years of experience providing medication management and therapy. I earned my Masters in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and also have a Master of Social Work from Boston College. I help people from a wide range of backgrounds facing acute and chronic stressors and challenges to increase their self-awareness, build resiliency, and identify and develop positive skills and strategies aimed at improving overall health, happiness, and quality of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goals for the first session is to help you feel safe and comfortable while beginning the process of identifying specific challenges you are facing and goals you may have for treatment. I will address any questions and concerns you may have. We will proceed at your pace and according to your comfort level. We will begin to develop and implement a treatment plan that is individualized to your specific needs and preferences, with an emphasis on health, safety, and positive results.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I truly enjoy working with people and getting to know their strengths and challenges, and helping people achieve positive change leading to sustainable improvement in health and happiness.
