Having worked with children to seasoned adults, I have been successful in helping others identify root problems and achieve measurable progress. I am very empathetic and make a conscious effort to understand what you are going through. I also realize that we are not all the same. So, I work with you to recognize your unique personal strengths and tailor the sessions based on what works and does not work for you as an individual, couple, family, or group. Additionally, having been an expat myself, I understand the challenges you may be facing with navigating another country, a different language, other cultures, or changes.
