I’m Jaime Reeves, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, author, and healing practitioner who blends clinical expertise with spiritual depth. I help individuals, couples, and families break free from emotional patterns, build stronger boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My work is rooted in Gestalt, trauma-informed care, ancestral healing, and integrative mind-body practices—offering you a space to grow, heal, and transform from the inside out.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, grounded space where you’re invited to share what’s bringing you in and what you hope to change or understand. We’ll explore your current challenges, identify patterns, and begin mapping out a path tailored to your goals. You’ll leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and the reassurance that this is a space where your whole self is welcome.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider lie in my ability to blend deep empathy with direct, actionable insight. I create a space that is both non-judgmental and transformative, where clients feel seen, challenged, and supported. With a strong foundation in clinical training, spiritual wisdom, and somatic awareness, I help clients make lasting shifts by guiding them toward clarity, integration, and authentic self-leadership.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve clients who are high-functioning yet emotionally exhausted—those navigating mood challenges, relationship struggles, identity shifts, or unresolved trauma. My ideal clients are self-aware, open to both psychological and spiritual exploration, and ready to do deep, transformative work. I also work well with couples stuck in reactive cycles, individuals facing life transitions or grief, and those seeking meaning, integration, and alignment across all parts of themselves.

My treatment methods

Gestalt

In my therapeutic practice, I use Gestalt principles to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and take ownership of their experiences. By exploring the “here and now,” clients uncover unfinished emotional business, clarify internal conflicts, and reconnect with their authentic self. This process fosters integration, insight, and lasting transformation.

Couples Counseling

In my work with couples, I focus on identifying and transforming unconscious communication patterns that fuel disconnection. Using experiential techniques and boundary-focused dialogue, I help partners deepen emotional attunement, rebuild trust, and co-create healthier relational dynamics. The goal is not just conflict resolution, but lasting relational growth.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

In my therapeutic practice, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients access and heal the diverse “parts” within them that carry pain, protection, or unmet needs. By fostering a compassionate relationship with these inner parts, clients can unburden emotional wounds and reconnect with their core Self. This process restores inner harmony and empowers clients to navigate life with clarity and resilience.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

In my practice, culturally sensitive therapy is foundational—I honor each client’s lived experience, identity, and ancestral history as integral to their healing journey. I create a space where cultural narratives, intergenerational trauma, and systemic influences can be explored with respect and depth. This approach fosters empowerment, authenticity, and a deeper connection to self and community.

Trauma Informed Care

In my therapeutic practice, trauma-informed care means creating a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered, respected, and in control of their healing process. I approach each client with attunement to their nervous system, using gentle pacing, consent-based interventions, and an understanding of how trauma impacts mind, body, and behavior. This fosters trust, resilience, and sustainable transformation.
