When you leave sessions, I hope that you feel validated and have a greater sense of awareness. I also aim to equip you with practical tools and strategies that you can use in your everyday life. These tools are evidenced based and effective.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution - Focused therapies within sessions. This means that I take a look at how underlying thoughts and messages influence behaviors and emotions. I work collaboratively with clients to discuss evidence-based strategies that fit them. I additionally operate from a trauma-focused perspective. All of this means that I look at my clients holistically and I explored the past because I believe it informs the present.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is my ability to make clients feel seen and heard. One of the reasons I have background training in integrative and holistic therapy modalities is that I like to meet clients where they are. I also take a holistic view of clients.
