Psychoeducation

I use Psychoeducation during psychiatric Medication management to provide Clients with information about their diagnosis, symptoms, and/or the method of treatment used to promote better understanding of their course of treatment and Promote compliance and better outcomes.

Motivational Interviewing

I use motivational interviewing to assess Client's awareness of the issues impacting them, their willingness to develop a method to change, and their motivation to change. It is all done using an overall collaborative and empathic spirit.
