Many times, we are faced with challenges that seem unmanageable. I would like the opportunity to help you when facing these situations. Working together, we can identify the primary problem, develop a plan, and master coping skills to work through these barriers. Communication problems? Past/present traumas? Substance abuse issues? I can help you to address those issues!! Through holistic/mindfulness/somatic approaches we can identify areas in your life of which you want to improve on.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will consist of getting to know each other, building trust, and identifying goals and expectations of therapy. It is important to me for you to know that you determine your therapeutic goals, I am here to guide you towards those goals so that you can be your best self.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am down to Earth and easy to talk to. I take a relaxed approach towards therapy and want you to feel that you can do the same. It is also important to me that my clients feel safe and that they can discuss anything with me. I have an eclectic range of holistic therapeutic approaches that we can choose from to best suit your needs!

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

A mindfulness-based therapy assists the client with awareness of their internal thoughts, feelings, and emotions, as well as their external surroundings and situations, without automatic responses like stress or judgment.
