New to Grow
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained can make it hard to move forward. You don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, blending evidence-based techniques with compassion and practical strategies that fit your real life. In our sessions, we’ll focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, improving communication, and developing healthier patterns. Whether you're seeking relief from daily stress, healing from past experiences, or clarity about your next steps, therapy can be a powerful place to reconnect with yourself. I believe therapy should feel safe, approachable, and personalized to your needs. My goal is to support you in creating balance, resilience, and confidence so you can move forward with greater clarity and peace. If you're ready to begin, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is low pressure and supportive. Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, non judgemental space. I will provide an initial assessment to learn about your goals and concerns.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths include building strong therapeutic relationships, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment and helping clients develop practical coping skills they can use in everyday life.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Adults ages 18-100 experiencing anxiety, depression and going through life transitions who are motivated to build coping skills and emotional resilience
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
This form of therapy focuses on how thoughts affect feelings and behaviors. We do not have to act based on a thought.
Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
This model is helpful in coping with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and fears. Clients are exposed slowly to stimuli that is uncomfortable until they learn to tolerate it better.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness techniques are utilized to help you stay in the present moment. Oftentimes, we are focused on the past or the future.
