Hello! I am a licensed counselor with over 15 years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment based/ relationships, and addictions. My approach to therapy is open and supportive with the perception that we are in it together and I will meet you where you are as a supportive member of your team. Working through our issues in therapy is not easy but completely worth it to feel better and improve the quality of our lives. Yes you can do it and you don't have to do it alone. I will draw from my extensive background working with adults and teens through crisis, inpatient settings, pre and post partum care, families, couples, and substance rehab. I have training and certifications in CBT, DBT, EMDR, expressive art therapy, and working towards getting my certification in IFS (if that's enough acronyms to list) :) You have taken the first important step in finding a therapist, well done!
