New to Grow
When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary” – Fred Rogers. I am an LCSW who specializes in working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, life transitions and interpersonal conflicts. I believe meaningful change is possible at any stage of life. Through the establishment of a supportive therapeutic relationship, the development of healthy interpersonal connections, and the pursuit of of realistic, attainable goals, individuals can begin the process of deep and lasting healing.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we will get to know each other and determine whether we are a good fit. We will also complete a biopsychosocial assessment to better understand your needs and begin creating a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My approach is warm and collaborative. I tailor each session to address your unique needs. As your therapist, I will work collaboratively with you to explore and make sense of the emotions you experience.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Together, we will explore your child’s unique needs, establish effective and sustainable boundaries, and identify ways to support them. We will explore the emotions and patterns influencing your experiences and work toward creating a path forward that fosters growth, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose.
