My treatment methods

EMDR

This technique is action-oriented and focuses on mindfulness, staying present, and behavior change without first changing or eliminating uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In therapy sessions the client will learn how to dispute cognitive distortions. CBT helps the become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so that they can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Its main goals are to teach people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and improve their relationships with others.
