I am a clinical social worker (LCSW) with extensive experience helping clients navigate grief and loss as well as complex medical diagnoses. I have experience as a medical social worker in hospice and palliative care settings and a long history working with family caregivers. My counseling practice is rooted in somatic and reflective inquiry, and I help clients explore the depths and intricacies of the stories that live in the body.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session together, I want to hear what's weighing on your heart, what you're hoping towards, what you're longing for. I want to understand who you are, how you see yourself, what you dream of becoming. I want to know what hurts, what helps, and what heals. I will listen, reflect, hold space, inquire, witness, and guide.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Deep and keen listening, reflective inquiry, a passionate heart for this work, gratitude for the privilege of working with those who allow me to share in their life journey
