I have helped countless of healthcare professionals that have dealt with burn out. I use a holistic approach to care using the different pillars of health.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session will do a brief introductions, diving into past medical, psychosis history. Will discuss the specific challenges you're facing. Together Will create a custom plan that encompasses the different pillars of health with medications if indicated.
