About me

I’m a therapist who helps young adults navigate anxiety, relationship patterns, and major life transitions with insight and compassion. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I focus on helping clients understand themselves more deeply, break unhealthy cycles, and build lives rooted in self-worth and emotional security. I believe therapy works best when it feels real and safe, so I bring authenticity, humor, and humanity into the space we share.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, clarify your goals, and begin understanding the patterns shaping your experiences. My approach is curious, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I aim to create a space that feels safe, grounding, and honest, so we can build a strong foundation for the work ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths come through in the way I build genuine connection with my clients. I bring warmth, honesty, and a sense of ease into the room, using self-disclosure when it helps clients feel less alone and humor to make the work feel more human. Many clients describe feeling a level of comfort and safety in our relationship that allows them to open up in ways they often can’t elsewhere, creating space for real healing and growth

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with young adults who feel stuck in repeating relational or emotional patterns such as anxious attachment, limerence, people-pleasing, or self-sabotage, and who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level. My clients are often navigating breakups, identity shifts, or transitions and want practical tools paired with meaningful insight to create real change.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients make space for difficult emotions, get unstuck from unhelpful thoughts, and reconnect with what matters most to them. Together, we focus on building practical skills that support meaningful action, self-compassion, and personal growth.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how early relationship patterns shape the way they connect with others today. Together, we work on building safety, trust, and healthier ways of relating—both to themselves and the people in their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact their emotions and behaviors. Together, we build practical tools to manage challenges more effectively and support lasting change.
