As human beings we are born with an innate need to connect to others. Healthy attachments in our early lives are necessary, since we internalize these secure attachments and develop a healthy sense of self. When there are disruptions in early attachments, we risk internalizing negative experiences, which can create internal conflict. If you are struggling with symptoms of anxiety & depression that impact your daily functioning, we offer a safe, supportive, nonjudgemental space where together, we explore how passed or present unresolved internal or external conflict is keeping you stuck. You don't have to stay stuck!

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

What you can expect from our first session is a review of intake forms, such a policy and procedures. There will be a discussion around your scores from your PHQ9, GAD, and ACES questionaire measures. I will intepret your scores and to explore underlying factors driving these emotions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest stregnth as a therapist is my ability to provide a safe space free of judgement, where you can let down your guard and explore what is happening in your life both internally and externally.
