I’m a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, attachment-based, somatic, and trauma-informed therapies. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring the work to their unique needs, helping them build self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant history you'd like to share. We’ll also talk about your goals and what you hope to get out of our work together. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we begin your therapeutic journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I combine evidence-based methods like CBT, attachment-based, and somatic therapies with a flexible, client-centered approach. This allows me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and pace, helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults who are ready to explore themselves more deeply and are seeking meaningful, lasting change. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, self-esteem issues, or life transitions. Many are curious, self-aware, or open to becoming more so, and they value a thoughtful, supportive space to process their experiences. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I’m here to support your journey toward clarity, healing, and growth.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. In my practice, I use CBT to support clients in developing practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and stress. Together, we work on building awareness, challenging negative thoughts, and creating healthier coping strategies.

Attachment-based

I use Attachment-Based Therapy to help clients explore how early relationships impact their current emotional patterns and relationships. In my practice, I create a safe, supportive environment to build trust and strengthen self-awareness. This approach is especially helpful for those navigating issues related to trust, intimacy, or childhood trauma.

Somatic

In my practice, I use Somatic Therapy to help clients connect with and understand the ways their bodies hold stress, trauma, and emotion. By incorporating body awareness, breathwork, and gentle movement, I support clients in processing experiences that may not be fully accessible through talk therapy alone. This approach promotes healing by integrating both mind and body.

Trauma Informed Care

I practice Trauma-Informed Care by creating a safe, supportive environment that recognizes the impact of trauma on a person’s life and healing process. I prioritize trust, choice, and collaboration, tailoring therapy to each client's pace and needs. My goal is to empower clients, reduce re-traumatization, and support long-term emotional resilience.
