Greetings! My name is Taylor Tran, Founder and Mental Health Therapist at Transcendence Therapy. I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Orange County, California. I help adults of all ages through their presenting issues by increasing self-awareness to begin their journey of self-healing. This is a safe and non-judgmental space where we can work together to address your unique concerns and challenges. Let's collaborate to find the best path forward for you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will have the opportunity to get to know all about you; your narrative thus far, what you've been struggling with, and what your therapeutic goals are. I will try my best to answer any questions or concerns you may have in this session, but for the majority, I will sit back and let the expert (which is you) speak for themself.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that my strong suit is rapport-building. I believe this is crucial to building a solid therapeutic relationship to move forward with the therapeutic process. I am genuine, personable, patient, and my authenticity shows through my therapeutic style.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I believe that therapy does not need to be one size fits all. The clients I have worked with all vary as individuals; therefore, the treatment methods I utilize will vary. My treatment method is tailored to address each client's unique needs, presenting issues, and reported goals, and strive to meet my clients where they are at.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I recognize and respect the beliefs, perspectives, and values of my own & other cultures. I am always learning to acknowledge and appreciate the similarities and differences among various cultures.
