Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in MN. I have worked with a variety of populations of clients and look forward to continuing to do so. I have experience working with children of all ages, adults, couples and families. The primary focus of the work I have done is trauma therapy. My goal is to pair with clients and provide an avenue of healing and growth within a safe and empathetic therapeutic process.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In your first session you will be provided an overview of what you can expect from me as your therapist, and we will talk about what you're hoping for in therapy. We will go over some questions to help me get to know you and start to see how we could create a treatment plan that meets your individual needs.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have worked with a wide array of clients and have developed an ability to use the evidence-based techniques I have been trained in to provide an individualized effective treatment for clients with even severe mental health or relational challenges. In my experience I have also developed a passion for my work and a deep empathy for the clients I support.
