As a licensed professional counselor, I support individuals and couples in exploring the stories that shaped them and help them reconnect with their sense of wholeness. For over a decade, I’ve worked with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges with self and others, crisis, life transitions, financial counseling and the unique challenges of being a first-generation immigrant. My career working in the arena of counseling and therapeutic services expands from secondary schools, collegiate settings, nonprofit agencies to private practice.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, my focus is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, valued, and capable, whether you’re coming as an individual or as a couple. I understand that exploring your inner world or relationship dynamics can be challenging, and my goal is to support you in deepening self-awareness and connection, while offering practical tools to help you move toward meaningful growth.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My approach is personalized, focusing on individuals and couples’ unique needs and emphasizing the power of connection and collective care. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapy, and person-centered practices. I aim to help individuals develop consistent habits, increase self-awareness, (re) write a new path/stories and ultimately feel grounded. My clinical method is deeply rooted in relational, psychospiritual, and ethnic/racial-affirming frameworks.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Have you ever taken a moment to reflect on where you are in life? Is it what you expected? Are the stories you’re telling yourself about your life empowering you, or draining you? If you’ve been pondering any of these questions, I’d love to support you in exploring the answers and guiding you toward recognizing your own wholeness. Some of the narratives you are telling yourself about who you are, what you’re capable of and what you deserve may be outdated. They may just be echoes of fear, or past versions of you. However, the stories you are living with are shaping the life you live out (your reality). if your story no longer serves you, maybe it’s time to rewrite it. As You are the author of your life. Let’s connect and create a new narrative. One where you grow and feel deeply aligned with your truth. A new story that heals and empowers you
