Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York. I received my master's from the Springfield College and have been practicing for over 10 years. I help those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, general struggles of work, school, being a caregiver, dealing with the strains of chronic illness. I also work with those grieving the loss of a loved one in handling their grief.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and their severity, and this will help me develop a curated plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with patients and their caregivers for over the past 10 years, I've learned methods to provide a care plan for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
