Who Am I I’m a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and find greater clarity and fulfillment. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I offer counseling that supports growth, healing, and meaningful change. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices an CBT, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

1. Introductions & Housekeeping Counselor explains their role and how therapy works. Confidentiality is discussed, including its limits (like harm to self/others). You might review or sign intake forms if not already done. 2. Why You're There You'll be asked to share why you sought counseling — your goals, struggles, or recent events. Don’t worry about saying things “perfectly” — just be honest.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have extensive outpatient clinical experience (20+ years) and 15 years in private practice. I received a scholarship and graduated with honors receiving a Ph.D. specializing in Human Development.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client might be: Introspective and thoughtful, but sometimes stuck in analysis paralysis. Motivated for change, even if unsure where to begin. Emotionally intelligent, yet struggling to apply it to themselves. Curious and open, willing to engage in deep or creative self-exploration. High-achieving, but feeling unfulfilled or disconnected from their values.
