When people are challenged with changes that affect the ability to manage stressors, there comes a time for positive change and support. I am passionate about focusing on the healing process, whether it involves the challenges of exploring maladaptive behaviors or the triggers of trauma. I help my clients to find healthy coping mechanisms and self-autonomy which will lead to positive perceptions. This, in turn, creates personal identification and self-worth, thus creating healthy relationships. There is not one single approach for each individual, so I have trained in different modalities.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will involve getting to know one another in terms of the needs to be addressed and the goals to be accomplished, but also to get a clear understanding of the individual as a whole and to gain a sense of comfort and rapport building as an integral part of the therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am very much about seeing the humanistic side of individuals and client centered in regards to letting the person feel that being yourself and transparent about your needs is essential in the progress of Therapy. My approach is to address the issues and discuss changes and the process of gaining this through establishing clear goals and adhering to measurable progress to keep track of positive outcomes and address challenges that might occur occurred during the process.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I hope my clients feel a sense of comfort and safety to be able to express whatever needs are and to understand that this is a place to be able to work on and process any issues without judgment. I introduced my clients to not only the tools and modalities used in sessions, but also to feel a more humanistic approach to the process of the therapeutic practice.
