In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will start with introductions. We will discuss the specific challenges you are experiencing and the goals you hope to accomplish. We will take the time to collaborate on identifying specific goals for therapy. By the end of the first session my hope is that you have felt heard, understood and hopeful about the therapy process.
