Hi, I'm Michelle! I’m a licensed mental health counselor based in Palm Beach, and I specialize in supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, complex trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, and neurodivergence (ADHD or Autism). In the therapy space, I show up as myself: authentic, curious, and real. No therapist mask, no judgment. Just genuine connection, evidence-based strategies, and space to figure things out together.
In our first session together, we’ll take time to get to know one another. Not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also who you are as a person, your interests, and your unique experiences. We'll also work together to identify at least two goals that you'd like to work towards in therapy.
Therapy with me is a mix of self-discovery, deep healing, and creating practical change. In our work together, I'll integrate evidence-based therapies such as DBT and IFS to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, release painful experiences that have weighed you down, and walk away with concrete tools that bring relief and help you move forward.
Many of my clients often appear “fine” on the outside but are struggling on the inside. Whether you’re ready to get a handle on anxiety, improve your relationships, face emotions you’ve been avoiding, or learn how to work with your brain instead of against it, this is a space to explore, heal, and grow.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my work with clients, helping them explore the different “parts” of themselves with curiosity and compassion. I have experience guiding clients in recognizing protective parts, understanding the roots of inner conflict, and connecting with their core self as a source of healing. In practice, this means we work together to gently unburden parts that carry pain from the past, while strengthening the supportive, resilient aspects within you. My approach is collaborative, paced according to your comfort, and tailored to your unique needs. IFS can be especially powerful for addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, as it allows you to build a deeper sense of self-awareness and inner harmony.
