Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I am bilingual in Spanish and have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families helping them learn coping skills and grow. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, career stress, substance misuse, and burnout. I ONLY see people virtually. In addition, I have experience working with families in the child protective services, not limited to foster care, adoption, and case planning.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with adults of all ages and backgrounds for the past 19 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with adults of all ages. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about in an area of their lives, not limited to the areas of career, relationship stressors, caregiver stress, motivation, and phases of life.
