Hello! I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a licensed clinical addictions specialist in the state of North Carolina. I am also a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado and a nationally certified therapeutic recreation specialist. I received my Bachelors in Recreational Therapy and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Carolina University and have been practicing for 8 years. I help individuals who are having difficulty dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma navigate their symptoms and the world around them. I work with individuals as young as 9 years old.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session will focus on information gathering and getting to know one another. We will start with brief introductions before getting into the deeper questions about what is bringing you to therapy and what you would like to get out of it.
