Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and have worked at three different universities over the past 7 years. I strive to help young adults see change in their lives as they transition into adulthood. I recognize how impactful one's family of origin and upbringing can be, so as a result I hope to support clients in understanding their identity through their own lens.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will introduce ourselves to one another and I will ask you some questions to better understand what is bringing you to therapy. That information will then help us talk through a plan together for how we can best meet your needs in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with a variety of college aged clients, I've developed some great tools to support young adults navigating life transitions. I am open and willing to connect with clients around things that matter to them and figure out ways to bring that into the therapeutic space.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I use an integrated approach to therapy which includes meeting clients where they are and holding space for them to unpack things that may be challenging for them. I believe that as a therapist it is my role to help facilitate change and growth based on how my client defines change for themself.
