It takes courage to surrender and reach out for help. I help people who are in Transition in their lives, whether it is loss of a person, a pet, a job, a relationship, or the secondary losses experienced through chronic illness, chronic pain and terminal diagnosis. I am a Transition Specialist helping people to be able to cope through the changes with dignity and grace. Lowering anxiety levels, frustration levels and assisting people in being able to manage the big emotions, difficult decisions and sometimes challenging relationships while going through the changes and transitions in life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

At the first session, you will be greeted with compassion and understanding. We will engage in introductions. Then, you will have the opportunity to share who you are, what you are currently experiencing and what you are wanting to work on in future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I offer 20 years of Compassionate, mindfulness-based support as a licensed clinical social worker, I have the skills to help support people through their transitions in life. I am able to tap into my knowledge base and tailor your sessions to meet your individual needs. I meet you where you are and then tap into the vast skill-set I have developed over the years to help you be able to cope through whatever it is you are facing and come out of it shining.
