My goal is to create a safe space where healing and transformation can take place. Life is unpredictable so at times we need someone to support us as we find our way. I provide a place where together we find your path. I offer an integrated combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I also offer a spiritually integrated approach for those who request or want to use their faith as a source of healing. I have many years of experience providing individual and group therapy. I also come from a education background. I was a middle school Special Education and Generalist teacher for 12 years. I have worked with many families in multiple situations to find balance and develop a rhythm that promotes unity.

I use multiple tools to support you in our session’s. I usually use our first session as a guide my initial direction. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Spirituality and Mindfulness.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My strengths are I have experience in multiple areas. I have experience with families, children and couples. I have been a teacher, a parent and I have worked in managed healthcare for over 15 years.
