I am a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. My primary concern is to help you find and maintain your balance. My approach is holistic therefore I care about the mind, body, and spirit that I frequently refer to as the 3 hearts of the person. You deserve a safe space to discuss your concerns and I'm here to provide that and help you heal. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic disorder, etc the first step to self-care is reaching out for help. I'll be here waiting to meet you with compassion and provide years of experience as a nurse practitioner and nursing mental health professor using evidence-based techniques. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we go over general medical information and then discuss more specifics. The goal is to get a complete history so that we can establish our client provider relationship and I may help you on your journey.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and medication management to help you maintain a healthy whole-self.

My biggest strengths include but are not limited to working with clients through anxiety, trauma, stress, relationships, depression, and mood disorders.
