Hi! I am an LCSW in New Jersey & Pennsylvania with over 15 years of experience in schools, homes and in an outpatient setting. Most of my experience has been with children with EBD (emotional or behavioral disabilities) and I would love to support you with identifying coping skills and navigating your child's behaviors in school, at home, or in the community!

I love working with children and adolescents who have difficulty managing their emotions or behaviors in school or in another setting. I also love working with adults who are struggling to understand their child's behavior or who are feeling overwhelmed/frustrated and looking for an outlet for self-care.
I have worked with children and adults using a strength-based approach to work on executive functioning skills in schools, in homes and in an outpatient setting.
I have worked with children and adults to identify positive coping skills for various types of concerns related to anxiety, depression and other mental and physical health problems.
