What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions to build rapport, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My biggest strength is that I stress the importance of being personable. In order to build rapport, I feel it is important to be welcoming, understanding, and empathetic. My goal is to create a trusting and supportive therapeutic alliance. I specialize in Trauma and PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideation, Relationship/Interpersonal Issues, Family Conflict, Grief and Loss.
