I am a faith-based clinician with 20 years of working experience in several areas of the mental health field. I pride myself on my ability to deliver culturally competent services. I like to take my time and work towards building safety, I feel therapy should be an experience created by the client's identified cultures and experiences. I look forward to working with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

This process will assist many individuals and couples in uncovering different attachment styles while exploring self-identity in a supportive non-judgmental culturally competent therapeutic environment. My hope is for everyone within the partnership to gain a better understanding of the cycle and increase self-awareness.

I used the client center approach, solution-focused and emotionally focused-therapy approach.

My strengths are in assisting clients with low esteem, PTSD or other traumas, ADHD, Anxiety and ot depression symptoms.
