Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

It is common for the initial session to feel a little awkward. During our first session, we will begin establishing a foundation of trust as we take some time to get to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you to counseling, your personal goals and any concerns you would like to focus on.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I specialize in complex trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, social skills training and behavior management. Through self exploration, I can assist you in understanding not only your root issues but also possible solutions and new skills to move forward. Life experiences shape us and can spill over into adulthood and many areas of life. Therapy can assist with diving deep into issues and and changing a person’s outlook and motivation.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individuals needing help navigating relationship issues, communication, depression, anxiety, coping, grief and major life changes.
