Do you feel stuck in the past, or scared of the future? Do you know it’s time for a change, but don’t know where to start? You’re not alone in this, and you don’t have to do this alone. Hi, my name is Erin, and I’m here to help. I work with adult individuals who are ready to improve their well-being and enhance the quality of their lives. I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities, and approach therapy through a neurobiological lens. By utilizing compassionate curiosity and evidence-based practices, we will work together to identify and change patterns and perspectives that are holding you back from experiencing the life you desire. Seeking therapy can feel vulnerable and uncomfortable, but you’ve come to the right place. I pride myself on cultivating a therapeutic environment that is warm, easy-going, client-centered and judgment-free.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our sessions you can expect to obtain a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection, and how our physiology, nervous system, emotions and thoughts all interact to create our experience of life. Collaboratively, we will identify unhealthy patterns and conditioned tendencies that cause suffering and will develop new ways to relate to and reshape your thoughts, emotions and perspectives.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I’m an integrative therapist and utilize a variety of approaches and practices, including: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Meta Meditation, and Breathwork.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

While my background in science and passion for learning certainly serve my clients, I believe my greatest strengths as a therapist lie in my compassion, humor, and authenticity. While working with me, you can expect to feel safe, heard, and connected. I believe that, though therapy is a serious endeavor, it can also be fun and doesn’t have to feel like a chore.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Individual clients 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or history of trauma.
