Hi, my name is Erin, and I’m here to help. By utilizing compassionate curiosity and evidence-based practices, we will work together to identify and change patterns and perspectives that are holding you back from experiencing the life you desire. Seeking therapy can feel vulnerable and uncomfortable, but you’ve come to the right place. I pride myself on cultivating a therapeutic environment that is warm, easy-going, client-centered and judgment-free.
Our first session will be a bit more structured, as we’ll focus on your history, current concerns, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. After that, sessions tend to be casual, conversational, and guided by what feels most important to you in the moment. My approach is client‑centered, so we’ll move at your pace and follow your priorities.
I’m an integrative therapist and utilize a variety of approaches and practices, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Nervous System Regulation, and Socratic questioning.
I believe my greatest strengths as a therapist are compassion, humor, and authenticity. While working with me, you can expect to feel safe, heard, and connected. I believe that, though therapy is a serious endeavor, it can also be light-hearted and fun.
