Hi, I'm Holly, your future therapist who is honored to walk alongside you as you take reign over your life. Sometimes in life we are faced with unique challenges, problematic relationships, burnout and instability. Perhaps you have tried to overcome these struggles before, without success. Whether it's in your relationship with others or in your relationship with yourself, I can help. I assist individuals in building the courage to face their fears and cope with overwhelming stress while providing a safe and welcoming environment. Sometimes life can be challenging, but you don't have to go through it alone.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a professional woman, mother and wife of a first responder I can relate to the unique challenges, problematic relationships, burnout and instability life can bring. I am one of the most empathetic, down to earth, understanding, compassionate, flexible and non-judgmental people you could ever meet. I know personally that the beauty of our strength is often forged through the difficulties of life. I strive to build rapport and provide therapeutic support that is curated for your specific needs.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I’ve been using CPT in my practice for the past year. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge their stuck points and cope with their trauma. We’ll use CPT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other within the trauma you have experienced.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past three years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Gottman method

I’ve been using the Gottman Method in my practice for the past year. Together, I work with couples to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles and concerns related to their relationships. We'll work through your patterns, and I'll help you and your partner grow together via new communication methods. Couples who engage with and complete this process emerge from the other side, feeling closer and seeing each other differently.
