Living in a variety of areas throughout the country from the East to the West Coast. Allowed me to have life experiences combined with education that cultivates a safe and brave environment that is richly diverse and culturally competent. Anxiety, depression, addiction, hang-ups or habits can all be managed or eliminated with healthy coping skills, education and varying tools.

Clients can expect to feel heard and validated, it’s my goal to build rapport and foster trust through honesty, consistency and transparency.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Since everyone has their own life experiences, person-centered therapy targets the elements of care, support and treatment that matter most to the client. Adding cognitive behavioral therapy to help change unwanted patterns of thinking with solution-focused approaches generates goal-oriented problem-solving.
