Hello, I’m Tiffany, a Licensed Professional Counselor who implements a holistic and compassionate approach to therapy. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress who are seeking greater clarity, balance, and direction in their lives. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.
During our first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to change or improve in your life. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, challenges, and goals so we can begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress or emotional pain. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and see if the space feels comfortable and supportive for you. Together we will begin outlining a plan that focuses on your priorities and helps you move toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood as we begin the process of meaningful and lasting change.
I utilize an integrative, holistic approach to therapy and have experience in private practice, school settings, home-based interventions, and teletherapy.
