Welcome! My name is Karin and I’m here to help you discover the healing that your mind and body are capable of. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and a Holistic Health Coach from Santa Monica, Ca. I am a certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP). Across my professional experience, I have worked with multiple individuals and couples struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem, and emotional eating.

I know that no single journey is right for everyone and so I work with your unique bioindividuality to find what fits your lifestyle best. With a warm, authentic, and holistic approach, I work collaboratively with you to set and reach your specific goals. I like to think I am a “guide on the side” to assist you in your path to healing.

My aim is to provide you with practical tools and support to empower yourself to heal from the inside out.

Together, through our regular talk therapy sessions, we will start to uncover how your personal habits around sleep, nutrition, and exercise can contribute to your overall mental health. My goal is to help you identify the root issue of the problems you face and guide and support you toward healing, self- empowerment, and ultimately finding the inner-confidence and self acceptance that you have been longing for.
