Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients can expect an introduction to who I am and my therapeutic style. I provide informed consent, confidentiality, and practice policies. I explain my specialties and inquire about past therapeutic experiences to ensure we're a great therapeutic fit. I ask the client about scheduling preferences or specific treatment models they prefer. Upon determination that we are a good therapeutic fit, I then schedule all subsequent sessions and discuss the timeframe for treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is my compassion for the clients I serve. I am proud to create space for processing emotions and feelings while offering opportunities to express past traumas and life experiences.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients with depression, anxiety, domestic violence, men's/women's issues, life transitions, veterans, LGBTQIA+, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and a number of other concerns.

So helpful to hear Natasha’s expertise in my issue in just one session. A huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders and I’m excited to work on more with her.
