I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience specializing in working with adolescents and young adults. My passion lies in helping clients navigate life’s challenges by increasing healthy coping skills and reducing negative habits that may be holding them back. I serve individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and life transitions, providing a supportive and collaborative space for growth. By equipping clients with practical tools and empowering them to reframe unhelpful patterns, I strive to help them build confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being in their daily lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where they can begin to share their story. We’ll start with introductions and a discussion about what brings them to therapy, including any current challenges or goals they have in mind, as well as any past experiences with their mental health and help seeking process. I will ask questions to better understand their unique experiences, strengths, and concerns, while also helping them feel heard and validated. Clients can expect me to explain the therapy process, including my solution-focused approach and how we will work collaboratively to identify practical steps toward positive change. This session is also an opportunity to address any questions or uncertainties they may have about therapy. My goal is for clients to leave feeling hopeful, understood, and empowered, knowing they have taken an important first step toward achieving their goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider lie in my ability to create a supportive and collaborative environment while empowering clients to recognize their strengths and achieve tangible results. What makes me unique is my solution-focused approach, which emphasizes practical, forward-thinking strategies rather than getting stuck in problems. I have a talent for helping clients build coping skills and discover actionable steps for growth, fostering resilience and confidence. My ability to connect with others, meet them where they are, and help them envision their own success allows me to provide compassionate and effective support. I firmly believe that clients are the experts of themselves and I value the opportunity to help clients recognize their own strengths and resilience.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary treatment modality in my practice. I work with my clients to identify maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their distress. I utilize techniques such as cognitive restructuring to help clients challenge and reframe unhelpful thoughts, to foster positive changes in their daily lives. In practice, I take a goal-oriented and client-centered approach. Together, we set clear and achievable goals, breaking down challenges into manageable steps.
