I am a Christian Counselor who invites faith into my sessions as led by the individual. I have been in the mental and behavioral health field for the past 19 years. I work with individuals to get to the root of their problems to efficiently and effectively begin their journey of change and healing. I use various evidenced-based interventions based on the individual's personal needs. I work from a strengths-based perspective and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced-based therapeutic interventions specific to the individual's need. I specialize in anxiety, depression, conflict in relationships, low self-esteem/image, and trauma.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During the first session we will sit to together and I will gather detailed information about you and your reasons for seeking therapy. That information will be collected through an assessment or interview. This helps me to get a better picture of you as an individual. We will then partner to create a plan that identifies the problem with goals and steps to bring some peace of mind.

I am warm, solution focused, and understanding. I have worked with a variety of individuals over the past 19 years. I know that each individual is unique and has their own personal story or journey in life. I partner with my clients to tailor a plan that works best for them to begin their journey of change and healing. Most of my client report improvement in symptoms within the first month.
