About me

Beginning a new healing journey can stir feelings of anxiety, uncertainty, and vulnerability. I want to honor the courage it takes to take this first step. My role is to ensure the process is meaningful and supportive for you. I use a collaborative, client-centered approach to help you navigate life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. My journey into social work began with a strong calling to serve and support others. Over time, I’ve learned that true service isn’t about giving answers—it’s about helping clients uncover their own strengths, inner wisdom, and capacity for resilience. I believe healing grows within safe, trusting relationships where you feel genuinely seen, valued, and understood. This belief continues to guide my work and the way I show up for each person I support.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive environment. You’ll have space to share what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to achieve, and I’ll walk you through how we can work together. There’s no expectation to have everything sorted out—this meeting is simply the beginning of your path toward healing and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused strategies to support meaningful insight and change. Together, we create a safe, grounded space where healing and growth can unfold at your pace. I communicate with empathy, respect, and genuine presence, creating a space where you can feel seen and understood. My style blends active, attuned listening with thoughtful, grounded feedback to support clarity and insight. I aim to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship where you can explore challenges openly and begin shaping meaningful, sustainable change. I see therapy as a shared journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you with steady support, encouragement, and practical tools. I take time to deeply understand what matters most to you, so the goals we create together feel authentic, realistic, and aligned with your life. Throughout our work, I help you stay grounded, motivated, and connected to your strengths, guiding you toward meaningful and sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adults who are ready to create meaningful change in their lives. My ideal clients may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps, yet are open to exploring new perspectives and ways of being. Together, we build a supportive, collaborative space where growth feels both possible and empowering.
