Hello! I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with 22 years experience as an RN and 12 as an NP. I have 2 national certifications; 1st as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-BC) and 2nd as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have a deep desire to help my clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. I feel a sense of joy when clients tell me how our interactions have changed their lives for the better.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I usually like to have a short chat prior to our 1st appointment to make sure I am a good fit for you. Our first appointment we'll start with brief introductions, I will review any and all forms/questionnaires and then we'll work together to identify the specific challenges you are facing. This will then help me to formulate an individualized plan of care (POC) that we will use to tackle your challenges in follow up appointments.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Sometimes people just need to be heard - I have been told I am a good listener. Other times, personal experience along with specific education makes me well suited to help guide my clients as they work on their challenges
