I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida. I understand you are not doing so well and that's what made you call us. I have 10 plus years of experience and can assist you in regaining your wellness. You don't have to do this alone. Let me help you move out of your crisis into a state of tranquility and confidence in your life. In your sessions, you can expect my undivided attention and feedback of practical ways to start improving your situation and your well being through a few therapies and psychotherapeutic agents.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together I'll listen to you and what is bothering you. These issues will be addressed in the upcoming sessions, but to start, I just want you to unload how you are feeling and what's going on. Which ultimately leads to a treatment plan involving some therapies and medications. That's enough for our first hour.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

The use of CBT is incorporated in a structured way, usually allowing clientele to attend a limited number of sessions. CBT helps clientele become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so they can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.
