I specialize in telehealth services, offering compassionate care throughout the lifespan, from birth to end-of-life. My extensive training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for insomnia, mindfulness-based therapy for anxiety and depression, and solution-focused therapy for immediate and practical solutions. I am also skilled in motivational interviewing to help clients identify and achieve their personal goals. Additionally, I have dedicated a significant portion of my career to supporting veterans and their families, particularly in end-of-life care. My practice emphasizes building a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship, tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Whether addressing immediate challenges or fostering long-term well-being, I am committed to helping my clients navigate life's transitions with resilience and confidence.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session, we will conduct a thorough psychosocial assessment (don't worry this just means I'll ask you a bunch of questions) to understand your unique challenges and strengths. Together, we will collaboratively identify therapy goals and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs, including determining the frequency and duration of our sessions to best support your journey towards healing and growth.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a therapist lie in providing compassionate, empathic care in a non-judgmental and flexible manner. With a broad knowledge base and a passion for helping others, I draw from 19 years of extensive experience as a clinical social worker, including 11 years dedicated to supporting veterans. I excel in quickly adapting to changing client needs, ensuring that every therapy session is personalized and effective.
