I am a licensed clinical social worker working in a private practice in Chattanooga, TN. I work with individuals who are struggling with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I also work with adolescents and adults coping with anxiety, depression, bipolar, addiction, communication skills, trauma, grief & loss, body image, self-esteem, self harm, suicidality, and severe mental illness. I have completed the 2 day PSI Certificate Course as well as the Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Course. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness skills, as I offer genuine care, support and empowerment to my clients.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, I'll gather some background information as well as explore current challenges you are facing. This is will help me gain insight as how to best help you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

During my 10 years of working in diverse areas of mental health, I have learned that everyone has their own "stuff," and work with my clients as they learn to move through (rather than get over) life stressors and challenges.
