Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), based in California. I received my MSSW in "Mental Health" from the Case Western Reserve University, and I have been practicing for the last seven years. I help clients who are struggling with stress, anxiety and/or depression, heal and become the best versions of themselves. I also have extensive experience in working with adults who are survivors of domestic violence (DV), intimate partner violence (IPT), and those who are suffering from symptoms of PTSD. I also enjoy working with families who may be experiencing triangulation and communication difficulties. My preferred clinical approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness meditation embedded in DBT, Narrative Therapy, and psycho-dynamic therapy. Finally, I view my clients from a holistic perspective so that we can understand what barriers may be restricting them from experiencing true happiness in life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapy provider, my greatest strengths lie in my unwavering patience, active listening, and empathetic understanding. I am committed to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for my clients to express their thoughts and emotions. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, and I strive to adapt to each person’s unique needs. Whether it’s cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness exercises, or simply being a compassionate presence, I aim to support and guide you toward your improved well-being.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in conjunction with Narrative therapy in my practice for the past seven years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
