Good day to you! My name is Cyrus, and I am a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I understand that it is a big challenge to be vulnerable and disclose your innermost fears, thoughts, feelings and struggles to someone; however, rest assure that I am here to help break the stigma about mental health and to assist my clients with understanding that taking care of their mental health is just as important as taking care of their physical health. I will assist my clients with normalizing the expression of their feelings and developing and implementing tools for coping with daily stressors that impact their emotional and mental well-being. My experience includes working in the settings of private practice, crisis intervention, emergency department, and healthcare.

We will then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and the ideal outcome you are seeking. This will help us create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I believe my greatest strengths as a provider lie in my ability to establish genuine connections with individuals. I am easy to talk to, offering a friendly and professional demeanor that puts people at ease. Individuals often describe me as direct and open, appreciating my honesty and transparency in our interactions. My approachability, honesty, and cultural sensitivity enable me to build strong therapeutic alliances and support individuals in their journey toward growth and healing.
