New clients continue care with this provider

For almost twenty years I have been working in homes, schools and outpatient settings to reach the goals of individuals, couples and families of all ages and backgrounds. Having had worked in a variety of settings I have had a wealth of experience with (but not limited to) trauma, anxiety, depression and behavioral issues and look forward to the journey as you strive to reach your therapeutic goals. I believe in taking a holistic approach that builds upon your own individual strengths as well as a blend of therapeutic approaches and focuses on the changes you want to create.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session you can anticipate a variety of questions about what brings you to therapy as well as what your goals are during this process. In addition to these questions we will create the foundation for our relationship as well as develop the path and identify goals to create change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I focus on building trust and rapport while creating a safe space to work with you to develop strategies and skills to help you achieve the relationship with yourself and others that you desire. I embrace the relationship that is built and challenge you around meeting your personal goals.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with many individuals who are interested in taking the time and putting in effort towards creating change to reach the goals that they set for themselves.
